If an ID starts with xx, replace xx with the DLC/plugin load-order number. In a clean Special Edition install, 02 is often used for Dawnguard, 03 for HearthFires, and 04 for Dragonborn, but in mod setups it is better to check the order in your mod manager.

The list is intentionally cleaned of test and service records. If you need a completely raw FormID dump, it is better to use xEdit or Skyrim Commands.
For items from mods, use help "part of name" 4: the first characters of the FormID depend on load order.
Repeated names with different IDs usually mean different item versions: level, enchantment, quest copy, or DLC variant.
