Digital Services Act: Notice-and-action and illegal content reports

If you believe that illegal content is available on Moddingflow, you can report it:

• through the website's built-in report or complaint functions, where they are available for the relevant content;
• by email to legal@moddingflow.com.

Reports should be specific and sufficiently substantiated so that the content can be located and assessed. Where possible, please include:

• the exact URL or other location of the content;
• an explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal;
• your name and email address, except where legal exceptions apply;
• screenshots or additional context, if helpful;
• a confirmation that the report is submitted in good faith and that the information and allegations provided are accurate and complete;
• whether urgent harm is alleged and why urgent action is requested.

Consumer dispute resolution

The operator is not obliged and is not willing to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR/OS) was discontinued on 20 July 2025. For that reason, no link to the former ODR/OS platform is used here.
