Level up your skills faster or slower. This mod modifies the linear level scaling factor by a custom amount for all skills.

Description
Do you hate grinding and delayed gratification? Then this mod is for you! Now you can become the Hero of Kvatch quicker and show those Dremora who's the boss. Alternatively, you can select a lower than default multiplier and play the game like it's Stardew Valley.

Note that this mod only affects skills. Check out my other WIP progress mod Faster (and Slower) Character Levelling for a way to modify how fast you gain character levels. The mod also retroactively changes the level thresholds for each skill so you might end up levelling either extremely quickly or slowly for a few levels initially. I plan to fix this in a later update.

Disclaimer
This mod breaks the intended pacing. You might encounter higher tiered enemies earlier than expected which would be difficult to fight without proper equipment.

A simple ESP that increases the rate at which skills are levelled up by a custom multiplier.

Installation Using a Mod Manager

Select the desired multiplier and download using your manager of choice

Manual

Download the desired multiplier.
Extract the ESP file from the zip to Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
Append FasterLevelling{multiplier}x.esp (the name of the file) to the end of Plugins.txt in the same folder

To Uninstall

Use your mod manager
Otherwise, remove the added line from Plugins.txt and delete the esp

FAQs
Q: Does this disable achievements?
A: No. It's a single player game do whatever you want

Q: Do I need to start a new game for the changes to take effect?
A: No. You can continue from previous saves.

Q: I'm levelling up way faster than expected with the higher multipliers. Why is this happening?
A: This mod changes the threshold for increasing levels. The game then quickly increases the level by 1 each time you perform an action. Once you reach the modified threshold, levelling should work properly.
